Camel meat is halal by long tradition, and HUMP is halal from day one, in the UAE first and in every Middle East city we reach after. Every patty is 100% camel meat from free-range herds, hand-ground daily in our kitchen.
We buy whole, free-range camel raised on arid land, and we work only with halal slaughter. No blends, no fillers: if it is on the grill, it is camel.
We are completing halal certification ahead of opening. Certificate names and registration numbers will be published on this page on opening day; until then, we would rather stay quiet than name partners before the ink is dry.
