Camel meat is halal by long tradition, and HUMP is halal from day one. Every patty is 100% camel meat from free-range herds, hand-ground daily in our kitchen.
We buy whole, free-range camel raised on arid land, and we work only with halal slaughter. No blends, no fillers: if it is on the grill, it is camel.
We are completing halal certification ahead of opening. Certificate names and registration numbers will be published on this page on opening day; until then, we would rather stay quiet than name partners before the ink is dry.
One meat runs the kitchen: camel. No pork and no alcohol, ever, in any recipe.
