HUMP is the first dedicated premium halal camel burger house in the UAE. Born in the Liwa desert, in Al Dhafra, Abu Dhabi emirate, HUMP serves four signature burgers built on 100% halal, free-range camel meat, and will serve Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Liwa desert from opening. Camel is the original sustainable red meat: a patty carries about 22g of protein with roughly 40% less fat than beef, and camel farming uses around 70% less water than cattle.
